Parenting can be one of the most rewarding experiences in life, but it can also be incredibly challenging and exhausting. As parents, we often put our own needs on the back burner to prioritize our children’s needs, and this can lead to burnout. If you’re feeling overwhelmed and exhausted, you’re not alone. Join me for a four-week challenge as we explore how we can reduce parental burnout.
My name is Vered, and I’m a single mother of two kids, ages 11 and 17. I know firsthand how challenging it can be to balance the demands of parenting with everything else life throws our way. But through my experience and education in professional communication, human resources, and psychotherapy and counselling, I’ve found an approach that works.
15 years ago, I was introduced to the philosophy of Alfred Adler, which specializes in family relationships and understanding ourselves. It’s been my go-to ever since. This approach helps us understand how our choices affect others and how they are affected by the environment, allowing us to create better relationships with our kids and families and solve any problems that may arise.
During this challenge, we’ll focus on the principles of respect, equality, and collaboration towards each other and towards our families. These principles will serve as the foundation for creating healthy, sustainable relationships with our children and loved ones. But it’s not all talk. It requires a commitment to work and self-discipline.
Remember, this challenge requires commitment and self-discipline. Are you up for it? If so, then join me and let’s tackle this together! This challenge will provide an opportunity to learn how to prevent parenting burnout, but please note that it’s not a replacement for one-on-one consultation as every family is unique.
So, what are you waiting for? Let’s take on this challenge and reduce parental burnout!
